Start with the belief
What does the team think is happening? A deal is urgent, the champion is strong, or the buyer is ready to move.
Sales tools show you what's happening in your pipeline. Why Deals Die asks a different question: does real buyer behaviour support what your team believes?
Built for complex B2B deals, where activity isn't the same as commitment.

“Strong momentum. The customer is ready to move forward.”
Engagement is visible. Buying commitment hasn't been established.
CRM tells you what the team believes. Revenue intelligence helps you see what's happening. But who checks whether the buyer's behaviour actually proves the story?
WDD is designed around the minimum evidence needed to test a commercial belief — without requiring every call, email and CRM field to be fed into another system.
What does the team think is happening? A deal is urgent, the champion is strong, or the buyer is ready to move.
Use a small set of targeted questions to find what the buyer has actually done — not just what was said.
Separate observed evidence from interpretation, then show what doesn't support the current conclusion.
Ask the rep what they'll do next. Help them correct course, and involve a manager when intervention is warranted.
Finding a contradiction is only useful if somebody acts on it. WDD is being designed to ask the salesperson what they plan to do next, challenge weak responses and bring a manager in only when needed.
See what we're buildingI'll arrange a meeting with the budget owner and confirm who is responsible for implementation.
This step would help verify authority and ownership before the forecast is treated as committed.
One deal reveals a missing piece of evidence. Across many validated outcomes, the method could reveal which behaviours genuinely predict commitment, which beliefs repeatedly mislead teams, and which next steps make a difference.
Our long-term focus is to research and validate the behavioural-verification methodology itself — not to add AI for its own sake.
